1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using invoicesparser.com ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
invoicesparser.com provides AI-powered invoice data extraction, review, and export services. The Service processes invoice documents (PDFs and images) and returns structured data. Specific features and limits depend on your selected plan.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and API keys. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Accounts may not be shared — each login belongs to one individual.
4. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not: upload documents you do not have the right to process, use the Service to circumvent any legal or regulatory requirement, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, resell or sublicense access to the Service without written agreement, or upload malware or malicious files.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of all invoice files and data you upload. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. We do not use your invoice content for AI model training. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to process any invoices you upload.
6. Billing and Payment
Paid plans are billed through Freemius. Prices are shown in USD. Plans renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the billing period. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first payment. Exceeding your monthly invoice limit suspends new uploads until the next billing cycle.
7. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily disrupts access. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime. Enterprise plans include an SLA with uptime guarantees.
8. AI Accuracy
Our AI extraction achieves high accuracy but is not perfect. You are responsible for reviewing extracted data before using it in financial decisions. We do not warrant that any extraction is 100% accurate. Confidence scores are provided to assist review but do not constitute a guarantee.
9. Data Handling
We handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Upon account termination, we will delete your data in accordance with the timeframes stated in the Privacy Policy. You may export your data at any time using the Export feature.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, invoicesparser.com is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the amounts you paid us in that period. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations — in those cases, liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, non-payment, or other reasons with notice where practicable. You may terminate your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination, your access to the Service ends immediately.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and applicable member state law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration unless you opt out within 30 days of accepting these terms.
